Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange.

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.  All items must be returned with it’s tags and labels intact and in its original packaging and must be unworn.  Please note, for the purpose of hygiene, swimwear and under garments must be tried on over clothing, ensuring the hygiene strip is not removed.

We reserve the right to refuse return of items that do not meet the conditions set out above.  All returns must be returned with a fully completed Returns Form clearly stating your order number.

You are responsible for the safe return and expense of your items, until it reaches us.  Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a recorded/trackable and/or signed for service that insures you for the value of the goods.  The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.  Delivery charges are only refundable in the unlikely even that goods are faulty and a refund is made.

We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size subject to availability. Exchanged items will be dispatched once the returned items have been received and checked.

Returning Gifts

If you have received a gift that was delivered direct to you, we are happy to exchange it for a different item of the same value, or more providing you pay the difference.  The same Returns Policy applies, see above, when returning the gift.  We cannot issue refunds for gifts, except to the original purchaser.

What Happens Next?

Once we received your items, we will inspect them and your return will be processed and you will receive an e-mail confirmation.  We will then initiate a refund to the original method of payment, minus postage costs.

 Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order please contact us on info@tutinitots.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel your order and you will have to return to us using the method above.  The same conditions apply.
